I love that the hotel includes the airport pickup for free. Offers shuttle service with the city for free as well. The staff were courteous and very accommodating. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Breakfast is good

The room is tool small for two beds.

Location

The floors were exceptionally dirty and need to be mop cleaned not just swept. The under soles of my white slippers were completely black afterwards.

Nicely designed hotel and rooms. I appreciate the sustainability efforts and how eco-friendly they are. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

Just a heads up that from the inside of the room/s, you could here the street noise and also the other annoyances in the corridor. Also, would be perfect if they will have more vegan options. Their selections are pretty limited.

Vintage design & stylish rooms

They double booked our suites and put us in standard room. The restaurant was privatized for private event (probably the cause of the double booking of our room). Very hard to get taxi at the location.

They were very accommodating, and I appreciated the free airport and ferry transfers. They even packed breakfast for us since we had an early ferry trip. The room also had a smart TV where you could watch Netflix and YouTube.

Somedays the internet is slow so we can’t stream netflix.

The hotel, the staff, and overall all was good. The problem was that the area was very noisy, and the windows are not soundproof, we barely slept at night because of that.

I like all the ideas that has put into this hotel. From upcycling stuff that turned out to be so beatuful pieces. It has a small play area in the restaurant that made me fall Inlove with this hotel. The comfort rooms in the resto were amazing.It's is close to the port if you want to visit Siquijor Island.for a 45 Mins boat ride. And is close to be airport as well for a 15mins. tricycle ride . We had a free shuttle from the hotel which is very kind of them.I hope in our next stay we will have a life size mirror lol!

Hotel seems new. Modern building, pool and interiors. Location is okay and accessible.

Booked a quick trip to Dumaguete to relax during the Holy Week. Booked last 31 December and was chatting with the reservations team on the app. They confirmed the room sometime February. I made sure of this because I know that Holy Week is peak season for travel. When we arrived, it was only then that the front office team told us they were "surprised" with the bookings hence we have to move rooms for each night of our 2-night stay. Funny how active they were in the chat but missed this very important information. We could have booked another hotel had we known about this earlier. Hotel Dumaguete, do you know why this is inconvenient? Because aside from moving wet clothes to the new room which we don't want to delegate, we had an early island hopping trip at 7am. We were actually hoping to use the safe but instead, we had to bring our valuables to island hopping because the hotel kicked us out of our original room and could only give us another room at 12nn. Aside from this, the FO staff said we should be charged for the beach towels because they had stains. When we asked to see it, they were faint stains probably from the beach. I have never heard of such a policy that you'd charge the guest for a stain you can wash. It was one "seriously" after another for us. Please invest in a channel manager to avoid double bookings and please train your FO team. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly.

The rooms would benefit from double glazing to reduce traffic noise, particularly motorbikes.

Not your money worth… we checked in on the Double or Twin Room but disappointed when u Had to bring your own toiletries… if they wont provide, maybe at least they have some for sale items in the lobby… then go help yourself if u want coffee, cold/hot water is on a common area right at the end of the hallway in each floor. Window is not properly sealed, you can hear noise of passing vehicles.. bathroom exhaust is not working…

Everyone was very responsive and accommodating. The shuttle service was difficult to beat.

Little cheap on the one coffee only, and to charge extra for black tea when green is free? We were one of two couples staying and were not offered an upgrade. The rooms in front are noisy with the pool hall across the street. I mentioned this to the front desk, but they wanted additional money to change rooms - even though the place was empty?

The overall vibe of the hotel was great. I loved the aesthetics and how it felt as of we were no longer in Duma. The staff were generally friendly and the food wasn't so bad as well.

Booked a suite but it didn't really feel like one. It felt more like a larger version of the regular room. The shower drain was perpetually clogged although I asked for it to be fixed. They tried but it was still clogged. Apart from the "special" direct pool access which wasn't much compared to other rooms, there wasn't anything largely special about the suite.
